Welcome to Stump Sound RV Park! We want you to have an enjoyable and safe stay. Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with our rules and regulations, which are designed to ensure the comfort and safety of all guests.
1. General Conduct
Noise/ Quiet Hours: Please be considerate of the volume of your music, voices, and other noises to a reasonable level. Interfering with anyone’s use and enjoyment of the park is against park rules. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Please keep noise levels to a minimum to avoid disturbing other guests. Children 16 and under must be accompanied by a parent or adult during these hours.
Speed Limit: The speed limit within the park is 5 miles per hour. Please drive cautiously, especially around corners and in pedestrian areas.
Trash Disposal: Please dispose of trash in the designated dumpsters. Do not leave trash outside your RV or in common areas.
Fireworks: The use of fireworks, firecrackers, or any type of explosives is prohibited within the park at all times.
2. RV and Site Maintenance
Cleanliness: Guests are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of their assigned site. This includes removing debris, disposing of trash properly, and keeping personal items organized.
RV Condition/ Vehicles: All RVs must be in good condition and roadworthy. Please do not park broken-down, uninhabitable, or vehicles with expired tags. No mechanic work is allowed. Vehicles violating any of the above will be towed at the owner's expense.
Personal Property: All personal property must remain within the boundaries of your designated site. Items such as furniture, appliances, or large equipment may not be stored outside without prior approval.
3. Utilities and Services
Water and Electrical Usage: Use utilities responsibly. The park’s water and electrical systems are designed to support typical RV use. Please report any leaks, issues, or outages immediately.
Sewer Connections: Sewer connections must be made to the park’s plumbing system. Please ensure proper hookup to avoid leaks and contamination.
Propane: Propane tanks must be properly secured and in good working condition. Use only certified tanks and avoid refilling tanks on-site unless authorized.
4. Garbage Disposal
Household Garbage Only: Guests are required to dispose of household garbage only in the designated dumpsters. No large items, furniture, mattresses, appliances, or construction debris are to be left in or around the dumpsters. Large items such as furniture, appliances, mattresses, or bulky trash must be disposed of at a proper facility. Failure to do so will result in fines.
Proper Disposal: All garbage must be bagged and securely tied before being placed in the dumpsters. Please do not leave bags or items outside of the dumpster, as this attracts pests and creates an eyesore.
Illegal Dumping: Illegal dumping of any kind, including large or hazardous materials, will result in immediate ejection of the guests stay and potential legal action.
Clean-Up: Guests are responsible for keeping their sites clean and ensuring that garbage is disposed of regularly to maintain a safe and clean environment for all park residents.
5. Noise and Disturbance
Music and Noise: Music and noise should be kept at a respectful level, especially during quiet hours. The use of amplified music or loud speaking devices is prohibited.
Parties and Gatherings: If you plan on having a group or gathering, please be considerate of your neighbors. Large parties or events require prior approval from management.
6. Pets
Pet Limit: A maximum of 3 pets per site is allowed. All pets must be under control at all times.
Leash Policy: Pets must be kept on a leash at all times when outside your RV. Pets may not be left unattended outside.
Clean Up After Pets: Pet owners must immediately clean up after their pets. Failure to clean up after your pet may result in additional fees.
Breed Restrictions: Certain aggressive breeds may be prohibited. Please check with management for details.
