For current lot availability, please contact us directly. We offer all available lots on a first-come, first-served basis after application approval and completion of the required move-in steps.
Long-Term Stay Application
To ensure personalized customer service and an exceptional stay, please contact us before submitting a long-term stay application.
Once we connect by phone or email, we will send you a link to our online application. The $60.00 application fee covers the required background and credit checks.
Once we review and approve your application and required screening reports, a $225.00 deposit is due within 5 days of approval to secure an available lot.
Important Availability Notice
Stump Sound RV Park operates on a first-come, first-served basis. Availability may change at any time, and submitting an application, receiving approval, or expressing interest in a particular lot does not guarantee availability or a reservation.
A lot is considered secured only after you complete all required steps, including application approval and receipt of the required deposit within the specified timeframe. Lot availability may change until the lot is secured in accordance with the park's requirements.
